Layers and studs.
Similar look: Ash Studded Trainers.

Great tones and textures, but I can’t stand the top button buttoned with no tie. It’s a bit affected, and I think it messes up the framing of the face because it introduces a gap the eye expects to be filled. Creates an inverted triangle below the chin that makes the head appear wobbly or unstable; on open collar or tie reverses the triangle and provides a stable frame for the face. Or maybe I’m overthinking it.
How to improve this look in three steps:
Unbutton the bottom button of the jacket so it doesn’t ruin the flow of the jacket’s quarters.
Wear a shirt with a longer collar point so it can roll under the jacket’s collar properly rather than let the shirt collar flop on top of the jacket collar.
Either unbutton the top button (or two) of the shirt or wear a necktie.
(Bonus: Don’t wear sneakers with tailored clothing. It’s incoherent.)

Agree with everything, except the tailored clothing/sneaker comment.  GW does it well all the time.

WIWT:

Modern Tailor linen shirt, Lands’ End Oxford cloth pants, PRL (made in Italy) loafers.

I love the idea of Oxford as a summer-weight pants fabric. These are cooler than any cotton-linen pants I own, and on par with seersucker and 100% linen for breathability. If you’re reading this, Land’s End (and you’re not), please bring these back next year with more color options.

Shoulda bought these on that last sale.
